TEMPE (UPI) - Reggie Collier threw for 180 yards and ran for 48 more as Orlando upset Arizona 24-19.

Collier completed 12-of-23 passes including one touchdown and his last nine passes of the game. The Outlaws were led by Reggie Brown who rushed 15 times for 70 yards, and Doug Williams, who threw for 166 yards and two touchdowns.

Orlando raised its record to 2-6. The Outlaws dropped to 4-4.
