PHILADELPHIA(AP) - Chuck Fusina hit on 17 of 22 passes for 149 yards in the second half, including three touchdowns, as the Stars rallied from a 14-9 deficit to down the Michigan Panthers 29-20.

The 12-2 Stars, who saw their eight-game winning streak snapped on the final play in Boston last week, used a balanced attack to cool off the Panthers, who had won eight of their previous nine games.
