Washington won its second game in 15 starts Saturday night as Craig James and Billy Taylor each ran for a touchdownand Sandro Vitiello kicked a 48-yard field goal before a crowd of 16,656 in Tempe, Ariz. The loss dropped the Wranglers' record to 4-11.
